Due to the nature of tobacco products and for health and safety reasons, we are unable to offer refunds on any tobacco-related products, including cigars and other tobacco items. All sales of tobacco products are considered final.

We understand that sometimes you may want to exchange non-tobacco products for various reasons. We offer an exchange-only policy on non-tobacco products. 5. Shipping Costs:
For non-tobacco product exchanges, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our designated return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item reaches us safely. Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for exchange, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item to you.

6. Exceptions:
Certain products, such as personalized or customized items, may not be eligible for exchange. Any exceptions to our exchange policy will be clearly stated on the product page.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving the item. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or resolution.

Please note that orders placed after 10am est will be considered as placed on the following business day.

3. Adult Signature Requirement:
To ensure the safe and responsible delivery of our products, all orders containing tobacco products will require an adult (age 19 or older) signature upon arrival. This policy is in compliance with legal regulations and is designed to verify that the recipient is of legal age to receive such products. Please make sure that someone who meets these age requirements is available to sign for the package at the provided shipping address.

4. Shipping Fees:

5. Shipping Restrictions:
Please note that we currently only ship within Canada. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
